A Fisher Island resident for 7 years, licensed real estate agent Kimberly Cacioppo joins the Luxe Living Realty team as an in-house sales executive for the recently completed Palazzo Del Sol luxury boutique condominium. Passionate and enthusiastic, the Fisher Island specialist brings more than 9 years’ experience and millions in transactions to the famed private island community’s newest and most exclusive building ever. After starting her career in the South Beach and downtown Miami sub-markets, Cacioppo went on to become one of Fisher Island’s most successful estate agents, handling everything from rentals to multi-million dollar sales.

 

A native of The Midwest, Cacioppo and her family were originally drawn to Fisher Island not only for its beauty, but for its safety, security and the Fisher Island Day School where her son is enrolled. She also cites the island’s diverse cultural community of full and part-time residents as a contributing factor.
