In 2026, she was ranked No. 1 in Miami-Dade, No. 9 in Florida, and No. 35 in the United States for Small Teams by sales volume. Dora is the Founder and Principal Broker at Luxe Living Realty, where she averages over $350 million in luxury residential sales per year. Dora started her high-end real estate career in the 90s in Beverly Hills, California, before returning to South Florida, where she has been responsible for over $7 billion in career sales. She is known for her extensive portfolio of luxury waterfront estates and condominiums in Miami’s most sought-after locations. Through consecutive record-breaking sales, she is recognized as a top producer in exclusive neighborhoods throughout Miami and the Beaches. In 2021–2024, Puig closed over $2 billion in transactions, including the record-breaking celebrity sale of 4736 North Bay Road in Miami Beach to David & Victoria Beckham for $72,250,000, a deal that is said to have started a market frenzy in Miami, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Puig also currently serves as the exclusive listing broker for the island’s luxury single-family homes at The Mansions on Fisher Island, a $400+ million collection of bespoke homes.

Puig has also served as Director of Sales and Marketing for other prestigious condominium projects, including Bristol Tower, Santa Maria, The Residences at the Bath Club, the Astor Home Condo-Hotel project in South Beach, Riva Bay Harbor, and the sellout of Palazzo del Sol on Fisher Island. Dora has represented multiple record-breaking sales of luxury homes across South Florida's most prestigious neighborhoods, including the Venetian Islands, Surfside, Bay Point, and Gables Estates. Her leadership and industry impact have earned her recognition as one of South Florida's Most Influential Businesswomen by the South Florida Business Journal.

Dora graduated with a BBA from the University of Miami and an MBA from George Washington University. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
