Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences will be 1,049 feet tall and rises 100 stories, making it Miami’s tallest tower and Miami’s first supertall skyscraper. Waldorf Astoria Miami Residences is a pre-construction, mixed-use development by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Realty Partners. The mixed-use development will include ground-floor retail; 360 condo residences; and a 205-key, 5-star hotel operated by Waldorf Astoria. Designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects, its design is meant to take after nine large, staggered-stacked glass cubes.
