About Patrick Vysata

Patrick Vysata brings nearly 20 years of experience as a top-producing licensed Broker Associate in the Miami luxury real estate market to his position as Sales Executive for the award-winning Palazzo Della Luna ultra-luxury condominium development on Fisher Island. Vysata stands by his professional belief that it is the people inside the homes and properties that matter the most. Consistently meeting his clients' expectations and receiving continuous referrals from pleased clients, he strives to have his clients for life, and has accomplished that.

 

Prior to joining the Palazzo Della Luna in-house sales team in early 2021, Vysata sold several successful pre-construction luxury condominium development projects in Miami-Dade County. Most recently, he rose to the position of Sales Director of The Fairchild Condominium in Coconut Grove with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Vysata was consistently a top producer in the development division of the brokerage since 2017.

 

Born in New Jersey and having attended school in New York and Prague, where he was able to immerse himself into his native Czech culture, and take pleasure in his love of travel. His international schooling and extensive travels have built him a reputation for being adapt at cross-cultural communications and his clients hail from all corners of the globe. Miami is his home since 2003, and he brings this deep-seated understanding of the community to the forefront as an in-house sales agent at Palazzo della Luna.

 

He takes great pride in using his experiences, resources, and global connections to perfectly unite buyers with exceptional homes. Vysata is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors®, and the Realtor® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. He is fluent in English and Czech.
