About Jose Manuel Santovena

Graduating from the Central University of Venezuela, he initially honed his effective communication skills, attention to detail, and people-connecting abilities in a sales environment for 15 fulfilling years. Jose's journey into real estate was an unexpected twist in his career path when in January of 2016 he got his license and joined Keller Williams Realty. Having an amazing first year, he received the 'KW Miami Rising Star 2016' award, quickly rising to secure a spot on the Top Producers Wall, becoming one of the youngest agents to achieve this. 

 

In 2020, he joined the Miami Condo Investments Team under Mega Agent Lucas Lechuga at Luxe Living Realty owned by Dora Puig, achieving the remarkable position of #1 Top Producer from 2021 to date, personally closing over 100 transactions since 2020. Jose Manuel also boasts record sales in various Miami neighbourhoods, and ranks in the top 5% of agents for condominium sales in Miami.
