Meet Gary

Sales Consultant

With nearly 20 years of real estate experience in South Florida, and now providing exceptional real estate services in Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley in Southern California as well, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, leveraging a vast network of multi-disciplined real estate professionals to meet all acquisition needs. He takes pride in combining premium service, innovative marketing strategies, exceptional ethical standards, superior communication and negotiating skills with in-depth knowledge of luxury development and general real estate sales.

Gary began his real estate career in 2005 where he focused primarily on luxury estates and condominiums in some of the most exclusive communities in coastal SE Florida. A founding associate with Dora's team at Luxe Living Realty, Gary earned his broker's license in 2013 while applying his sales and marketing expertise primarily to brand new luxury development communities from pre-construction to groundbreaking through completion and sellout. With Luxe Living Realty on Dora's in-house team, his record-breaking sales achievements contributed to the sellout of RIVA Bay Harbor on Bay Harbor Islands.

Gary was later recruited by ONE | Sotheby's International Realty in 2014. His sales achievements contributed to the successful groundbreaking and completion of Miami's iconic One Thousand Musem; the late Zaha Hadid's first residential tower in the Western Hemisphere.

Prior to his career in real estate, Gary was an actor/singer in Tony-award winning Broadway shows including the original casts of Kiss of the Spiderwoman, and the 25th Anniversary revival of Fiddler on the Roof with Topol.

Gary's ongoing track record of having the privilege to represent luxury real estate buyers and sellers, developers, equity stakeholders, world renowned architects and designers across international and cross-country markets is a bonus to the Luxe Living Realty team in Greater Miami.

Gary and Dr Chris Gentile support the Palm Springs (no kill) Animal Shelter and The Point Foundation. They are founding patrons of New World Symphony, and Perez Art Museum (PAMM) in Miami. Gary is a Luxe Director with Bennion DeVille Homes in CA and a member of the Master Brokers Forum here in FL.
