One of the more relatively new Miami Beach condos, The Lexi condo is a nineteen story building built in 2007 designed by the illustrious firm of Kobi Karp. The building contains 164 units comprised of one or two bedroom units (the latter available with a den) ranging between 1478 to 1753 square feet. Although it’s often referred to as The Lexi Miami Beach, the building itself actually belongs to North Bay Village.
The amenities of The Lexi are a perfect fusion of form and function, ranging from stunning interiors to cutting edge features like a fitness center, swimming pool and much more. Look for ten foot ceilings, marble bathrooms, oversized walk-in closets and glass railed terraces as part of the residence features at The Lexi.
Next door to the Lexi condo is an Italian restaurant and Shuckers Bar & Grill to the west and east, respectively. Both of these places don’t require having to leave North Bay Village itself but you’ll find even more to do in large quantities by visiting Miami Beach and downtown Miami also to the east and west of Lexi.
