Aston Martin Residences Description

Aston Martin Residences is an ultra-luxury, preconstruction condo development on the Downtown Miami river. it will be developed on the vacant, waterfront lot located immediately east of Epic Residences. Designed by Luis Revuelta of Miami and Bodas-Miani-Anger of Argentina, Aston Martin condos will include 391 condo residences and rise 66 stories. A design team from Aston Martin will be in charge of designing the condo tower’s common areas and amenities, including its fitness center, spa, and lobby. The units at Aston Martin Residences will range in size from 698 square feet to 18,811 square feet. Construction of Aston Martin Residences is expected to begin in Fall of next year and be completed in 2022.
